Zehak Rural District (Persian: دهستان زهک) is in the Central District of Zehak County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran.[3] It is administered from the city of Zehak.[4]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 29,198 in 5,841 households.[5] There were 30,611 inhabitants in 7,213 households at the following census of 2011.[6] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 30,493 in 8,211 households. The largest of its 73 villages was Shahrak-e Kuhak, with 4,903 people.[2]
