Draft categories

Think we could get categories of players by draft team and year? Then we could have a separate category for ones who played professionally despite not being drafted, as no list for that exists as far as I know. --fullcourt 23:30, 6 July 2007 (UTC)

I would love to try to start a list of undrafted players who played for a certain time in the NBA. It'd be hard to do every one. Kgppra17 11:27, 10 August 2007 (UTC)

Stats tables

If this is going to be a standard feature we should create a standard format for it. I'll start working on some templates I guess. --fullcourt 03:20, 11 July 2007 (UTC)

Yup could probably pitch a template here as a preview for all to see =) Chensiyuan 09:18, 11 July 2007 (UTC)

Infoboxes

I just noticed that on the Celtics' article, team's General Managers are now listed. I guess a single user took it upon herself to rea-add GMs to the infobox. The process seems lengthy and I already helped her out by fixing the Toronto box. New England 04:25, 12 July 2007 (UTC)

New feature

Check out this:

I created these a while ago and am finally unveiling them to you. Feel free to edit them (I'll still work on them myself, though) Soxrock 01:29, 15 July 2007 (UTC)

But do we really need a game log? How about a weekly/monthly summary and standings? --Howard the Duck 11:46, 16 July 2007 (UTC)
So when do we use it? Basketball110 22:55, 17 January 2008 (UTC)

"Notable" players on position pages

I disagree with including these sections as written on Point guard, Power forward (basketball), Shooting guard, Small forward, and Center (basketball).
Who says these players are notable? What criteria is being used to determine what makes a player notable? Right now, it's all opinion. It's completely unsourced POV. I believe consensus needs to be reached on criteria for what is going to be considered notable, and players should be added to the lists with sources showing they meet these criteria. These sections are completely unacceptable per WP:A as they are currently written. --OnoremDil 15:47, 17 July 2007 (UTC)

  • Pretty much WP:OR - I say remove it! Corpx 15:49, 17 July 2007 (UTC)
  • I tried that on Point guard, but was reverted because "the dispute is not solved yet"...so I decided to bring it here. --OnoremDil 16:01, 17 July 2007 (UTC)
  • I removed it again - I dont see what makes them notable either Corpx 16:08, 17 July 2007 (UTC)
  • This is pointless - The user keeps reverting back saying "debate is not resolved", while failing to engage in the debate here or on the point guard talk page Corpx 16:38, 17 July 2007 (UTC)
  • The list can let people see some examples of the best players on the position. The criteria is they have won awards in the NBA such as MVPs(includes Finals MVP and All-Star MVP), All NBA teams(includes All-NBA Rookie teams), All-Stars, Rookie of the year and so on. If they are former players, being in the Hall of Fame or the 35th and 50th anniversary teams will also make them on the list. Brave warrior 17:50, 17 July 2007 (UTC)
  • If it's a list of players that have won MVP's, gone to All-Star games, or made the All-NBA team...then it should say that it is a list of those things, not that they are "notable." Without clarification, it's just going to be a section which is constantly in a state of edit-warring because people want to see their favorite players on the list. Please also note WP:3RR. --OnoremDil 17:53, 17 July 2007 (UTC)
  • That's still a very loose criteria and it would essentially flood the page with all the point guards who have ever made an All start game or an All NBA team. Corpx 18:13, 17 July 2007 (UTC)
I'm extremely happy to see a group of editors finally tackling this problem. I've been trying to keep the opinion-based "notable" players list out of the basketball position articles for months, but I don't have the time to keep up any more. There seems to be a handful of editors (younger children, perhaps) who are hellbent on adding unsourced lists of "notable" players, which you all realize is original research and edit war fodder. If there's going to be a list of important players at each position, I would suggest using the NBA's own 50 greatest player list that the league created in 1996; there's already a wiki article on this, in fact. The problem with this solution is that it's very US-centric, but it's a start. Thanks to all of you for taking an interest in keeping the basketball position articles NPOV. A Traintalk 18:31, 17 July 2007 (UTC)
  • There is a US bias, as well as an anti-college bias to that. What prevents college point guards from being "notable" ? I wouldnt mind if this section was labled "Point Guards from the NBA 50 greatest players" or something else like that. I'm just uncomfortable with an encyclopedia setting the criteria for notability Corpx 18:37, 17 July 2007 (UTC)
  • I agree with you 100%; I just figured that if there was a consensus to have some sort of notable players section, there should at least be some semblance of logic behind it. Also, please note that Swingman and Point forward are suffering the same problems as the traditional position articles. A Traintalk 18:45, 17 July 2007 (UTC)
  • Also: Tweener (basketball). A Traintalk 18:53, 17 July 2007 (UTC)

You guys should also watch out for users including their favorite player elsewhere in the article. on the Small Forward one, an anon mentioned Lebron James in the middle of the body text (it was quickly removed). New England (C) (H) 13:15, 19 July 2007 (UTC)

And for the record I would support adding the 50 greatest players to the pages by position. New England (C) (H) 14:07, 19 July 2007 (UTC)

Okay, I give up. Those sections are POV and original research. They shouldn't be in the aticle of the basketball positions. I will erase the names on Tweener (basketball) myself. Brave warrior 11:16, 28 July 2007 (UTC)

New GAC: Red Auerbach

(Breathes Wikipedia air again) I just wanted to say that I rewrote Red Auerbach and it is now a GAC. Feedback and wikignoming are appreciated :D. —Onomatopoeia 07:04, 18 July 2007 (UTC)

Two new GACs: Cousy and Magic

Hi there, Bob Cousy and Magic Johnson (2nd try) are new GACs now. Again, feedback and wikignoming are appreciated! Onomatopoeia 18:08, 22 July 2007 (UTC)

Would work on Cousy (first) as I've pretty much scanned through Magic before. Chensiyuan 01:14, 23 July 2007 (UTC)

"NBA" or "National Basketball Association"

I'm an admin who wanted to handle the requested move of National Basketball Association Playoffs to NBA Playoffs, listed as "uncontroversial". However, when I took a glance over Category:National Basketball Association, I discovered a huge mix of "NBA" versus "National Basketball Association" in page and category titles. Can the wikiproject please decide on one naming convention? A case could be made for both directions: while MoS generally calls for unabbreviated titles, the acronym is so famous that it's far more prominent than the spelled-out version. On the other hand, in similar Category:National Football League, spelled-out titles win by 10:1 ratio. Duja 07:11, 3 August 2007 (UTC)

I was wondering about this myself, but I didnt press the issue before. So I guess now's as good a time as any to decide this issue. I would personally prefer using NBA myself. Dknights411 19:23, 3 August 2007 (UTC)
When it is something like "NCAA Division I-FBS football", that's pretty unique ... but are there any other notable countries/sports that might have an NBA with a playoff? If so, it may need to be spelled out. Otherwise, I agree that NBA is better. --B 21:03, 3 August 2007 (UTC)
The disambiguation page does not show any other notable body likely to generate confusion. "NBA" for me. Manderiko 01:22, 4 August 2007 (UTC)
The reason for the inconsistency is that Koavf decided to engage in mass unsolicited page moves to expand abbreviations. Some were fixed, and others apparently were not. The convention has been to use the abbreviation, and this page should be speedily renamed to restore that convention. --fuzzy510 05:51, 4 August 2007 (UTC)
For what it's worth I think both abbreviations (NBA and NFL) are no more ambiguous than "USA". --fullcourt 06:26, 4 August 2007 (UTC)
It was I who listed it, it'll be OK for 2006-07 "National Basketball Association" season, but for Playoffs and Finals articles, I'd go with the "NBA" acronym since it is the brand name. Seasons aren't branded (there no such thing as an "NBA season" brand name and/or logo. --Howard the Duck 13:44, 7 August 2007 (UTC)

I would prefer NBA because it is more general and commonly used in real life. National Basketball Association is not used often and i know some people who don't even know NBA stands for that. Brave warrior 03:23, 8 August 2007 (UTC)

So is there any chance that this will be moved? --Howard the Duck 15:26, 14 August 2007 (UTC)

Delete this project and merge it with Wikipedia:WikiProject Basketball

I suggest merging these two projects and deleting the NBA project. The NBA project clearly does not to exist. That project already overlaps the NBA project. Also basketball isn't just about NBA, there are college leagues and many international leagues. If like this, there should be many other projects about different leagues such such as WikiProject college basketball or WikiProject Euroleague or something. Creating a WikiProject on the NBA is clearly US biased. All the members in this project could be a member of the Wikipedia:WikiProject Basketball after. Brave warrior 00:28, 7 August 2007 (UTC)

Creating a wikiproject on the NBA is not "clearly US biased", but it is meant for people who have a specific interest in NBA articles. Chensiyuan 00:42, 7 August 2007 (UTC)
Chensiyuan is right, but it could be made a subproject or taskforce as suggested before here, twice, and over there… this way everything could be kept in one place. —MC 01:07, 7 August 2007 (UTC)
I like this setup better. This way, people who like college basketball more can focus on Wikiproject College Basketball, while NBA fans can focus here. Corpx 01:02, 7 August 2007 (UTC)
If you have specific interest or like the NBA, just join the basketball project. Isn't NBA a part of basketball? The basketball project already overlaps this project. Why does the NBA deserve a separate project on Wikipedia? What makes it different from international and college basketball? I strongly suggest merging these two projects. Brave warrior 01:05, 7 August 2007 (UTC)
I don't believe one can be compelled to join a project they don't feel like joining. The NBA is a large and distinct enough entity to warrant specific treatment. Chensiyuan 01:16, 7 August 2007 (UTC)
The focus can still be separate; this should mostly be for template/infobox/article standardisation, etc… And what about the people who like everything? —MC 01:14, 7 August 2007 (UTC)

Just take a look at the WP Projects page here. Sub-groups, or whatever you wish to call them, exist. Chensiyuan 01:18, 7 August 2007 (UTC)

Again, from some of these comments, we can still see that people think NBA is different from other leagues. But, I am sure that some people will think that other leagues such as Euroleagues are better than the NBA. The NBA doesn't deserve a separate project. This category should clearly be merged into the basketball project since it already overlaps this project. Brave warrior 01:24, 7 August 2007 (UTC)
This is not about elitism or superiority whatsoever, please do not clutch at straws. Nothing espoused in the NBA Project page proclaims superiority and elitism. Look at the WP Projects page -- plenty of specific interest groups exist even within an overarching entity. If I know nothing about b-ball but NBA, why should I pretend I can be a valuable member to a general interest group? Chensiyuan 01:35, 7 August 2007 (UTC)
Feel free to create an Euroleague project if there's enough support. I personally would not want to wade through euroleague/other league stuff to find stuff relating to the NBA Corpx 01:41, 7 August 2007 (UTC)

A rebuttal from this wikiproject's creator

As the creator of this wikiproject, I feel that I need to make a few things clear about why I set up this wikiproject. A wikiproject is designed to help better manage a number of article related to one particular subject. While I think it's a good idea to have a wikiproject for basketball by itself, just having one singular basketball wikiproject for EVERY basketball article is a horrible idea. This isn't a point to play the bias game or anything, and I am NOT saying that the NBA is better than the other pro leagues out there, but there are a TON of articles about the NBA, it's players, and it's teams that have issues that might get lost in ONE wikiproject. Is the NBA a part opf basketball? Of course. Can we co-operate with the basketball wikiproject? I'm all for it! But, IMHO, to completly delete a wikiproject just because it technically falls under the sane category is just crazy. Should we delete a wikiproject about New York City, just because a project about New York state exists? Or how about merging EVERY project about Europe into one E.U. project? Where will it all end? The purpose of a wikiproject is specialization, otherwise, why even start one in the first place? Again, I'm not trying to put down any other basketball related articles on wikipedia, but I believe there are certain specific needs in the NBA articles that need to be dealt with, and that's why I started this wikiproject. Dknights411 03:15, 7 August 2007 (UTC)
Absolutely. This should never have been an issue to begin with. Chensiyuan 04:33, 7 August 2007 (UTC)

All-defensive teams done

I did every All-Defensive team on the Seasons pages that didn't have one.Kgppra17 11:30, 10 August 2007 (UTC)

New FA drive?

Hi there, as there is some new life in this WikiProject again, I would like to ask if there would be support to get our next (i.e. fourth) Featured Article. I propose Tim Duncan — a GA, short, concise article (34kb) with a lot of pics, high-relevance, refs already nicely formatted, reliable (i.e. WP:RS-worthy) info widely available on the Net, prose also decent at least. Feedback or further proposals are welcomed. —Onomatopoeia 12:35, 10 August 2007 (UTC)

Yeah I've been looking at Duncan for a while too. He's in his thirties already, so it's not as though there's going to be a ton more content on him for years to come. Let's go for it. Chensiyuan 13:15, 10 August 2007 (UTC)
I just put it on peer review. —Onomatopoeia 07:25, 13 August 2007 (UTC)
Yup members especially are welcome to provide suggestions here. Chensiyuan 08:11, 13 August 2007 (UTC)

Europe Live tour

Hey, I created a page with succession boxes for the Europe live tour, since it seems like it's going to be an annual thing. Anyone who wants to check it out and expand the articles definitely should.Kgppra17 20:28, 13 August 2007 (UTC)

Celtics Subproject

I know that other sports related projects have some sub-projects for teams (specifically NFL and MLB). I was wondering if A) I could start a subbject dedicated to working on Boston Celtics related pages, and B) If any members of this project are interested. New England Review Me! 18:13, 16 August 2007 (UTC)

Interesting idea, although I'm not entirely sure about a precedent of a wiki project about a singular NBA team. Heck last week , we had some suggest that a project about one league is too much. If you want my opinion, start off by bouncing around some of your ideas for Celtics articles on this wikiproject first, and then go along from there. Just a suggestion. Dknights411 19:11, 16 August 2007 (UTC)

I'd help for the Celtics, but I'd think that some teams would get left out or underrepresented, whilst others would have tons of info (like the C's and Lakers, etc.).Kgppra17 22:18, 16 August 2007 (UTC)

I think in principle there's nothing wrong in starting a Celtics subproject. The issue is more practical -- one just needs to find enough people. Chensiyuan 23:47, 16 August 2007 (UTC)
Agreed. There is nothing wrong setting an individual sub-project up. On the WikiProject NFL side, I started a Minnesota Vikings subproject. RyguyMN 05:35, 17 August 2007 (UTC)

Nicknames

Is there any objective measure to find out what nick warrants an entry in one's Wikipedia article? E.g. Shaquille O'Neal has literally dozens, but many were en vogue for a short while only, and in the end very shortlived. Tim Duncan e.g. is "Big Fundamental", but the other nicks (TD, Timmy, Merlin) are a bit doubtful IMHO. Baron Davis has several (B-Diddy, Bulletproof Baron, Bodyguard), but nothing that really sticks. Should we limit this? Nicks which appear on player's nba.com bio page + basketball-reference.com page only? —Onomatopoeia 18:00, 17 August 2007 (UTC)

Been an issue for a while. I think there's a bunch who's monitoring the overkill of nicknames for the more popular articles like Shaq, but editors (anon or not) will keep adding all manner of nicknames to the infobox. Still, as a matter of policy, I agree with you that the nicknames should be limited to those supported by references. This is the only way to ensure things don't get out of hand. Under the normal run of things, nicknames shouldn't be too controversial such as to require a reference, but well! Chensiyuan 23:35, 17 August 2007 (UTC)

Nicknames given out by Shaq, Kenny Smith (or any of the TNT crew), and blogs of record like the Wizznutz should be in there. Anything else is frivolous. Especially when it's just a guy's initials. Only MJ gets away with going by initials.Kgppra17 05:04, 22 August 2007 (UTC)

Tim Duncan, FAC + Dennis Johnson, GAC

Hi WikiProject NBA, after some last copyediting, Tim Duncan is now a FAC. Go to the FAC page, give feedback, edit/hold/pass and wikignome! —Onomatopoeia 13:16, 19 August 2007 (UTC)

On a smaller scale, also Dennis Johnson is a GAC now, next to Mendy Rudolph. —Onomatopoeia 19:59, 19 August 2007 (UTC)
I have reviewed Johnson, and put the article on hold. Please see the comments on the talkpage. Please note also that this is my first ever GA review, so if I have made mistakes, I apologise. Davnel03 17:43, 21 August 2007 (UTC)

Manual of Style Discussion

I would like to call people to join in an imortant discussion at Wikipedia talk:Manual of Style (dates and numbers)#Dates ranges in infoboxes/templates. This project has a number of infoboxes where this discussion is applicable. Juan Miguel Fangio| ►Chat  02:49, 21 August 2007 (UTC)

Red Auerbach has been quick-stripped of GA status under very flimsy circumstances, and I am appealing against it on WP:GA/R. —Onomatopoeia 15:25, 22 August 2007 (UTC)

Any Mavs fan in the house?

I need to find a Public Domain image of José Juan Barea so it can be improved to Good Article, he is also active in the Pre Olympic so maybe if someone is going to assist to the PR vs. USA game in Las Vegas and can do me that favor it would be appreciated, thanks for your time. - Caribbean~H.Q. 00:45, 1 September 2007 (UTC)

Next GAs

Hi all, thanks for those who voiced your opinions at the Tim Duncan FAC. I'm looking at TJ Ford and Dwight Howard as possible future GA candidates. There's still some work to be done for those two, so anyone interested? Chensiyuan 09:39, 2 September 2007 (UTC)

My next GA project is Dirk Nowitzki. I am currently reading his bio, German Wunderkind. —Onomatopoeia 07:56, 3 September 2007 (UTC)
Steve Nash has also been a work in progress for the longest time... I've rewritten and referenced the first half of the article, but the sections from (his second stint with) the Suns onwards are quite a nightmare. Feel free to rescue it! Chensiyuan 02:17, 22 September 2007 (UTC)

Basketball Wikia

Together, Soxrock and I are developing a basketball-centric wiki, at http://basketball.wikia.com/wiki/Main Page. Los Angeles Lakers seasons

Hello, I just want to let you know that I moved the Season-by-season records section of the Los Angeles Lakers to Los Angeles Lakers seasons because it was really big and was messing the main Lakers page. --Crzycheetah 01:34, 4 September 2007 (UTC)

GFDL infringement

As an FYI, the content of quite a few Wikipedia articles on former Laker players has been posted on lakerplayers.org without attribution. For example, http://www.lakersplayers.org/luciusallen.php (compare Lucius Allen) and http://www.lakersplayers.org/elgin-baylor.php (compare Elgin Baylor) are non-compliant with GFDL (I call it plagiarism). There are many other examples. If any members of the project feel motivated (particularly if you find your own contributions posted at that site), you might want to inform the site's webmaster of their blatant violation. I gave it a go a few months ago and received no response. Maybe there will be more impact if a group effort is involved. Myasuda 03:50, 27 September 2007 (UTC)

Home arenas

I would like to know why the Home arenas section comes first in team articles. What is the main reason behind this? It is a stubby section and will always be. Why is it more important than the history section? I suggest putting this section after the season-by-season section at least. --Crzycheetah 22:24, 27 September 2007 (UTC)

I am going to wait a couple of more days if there are no objections, then I'll start moving Home arenas section down. --Crzycheetah 01:24, 2 October 2007 (UTC)

Template:NBA season record

Because the NBA season starts in less than a week, I assume the season-by-season records are staying and the W–L records will be periodically updated. If this is the case, can we employ Template:NBA season record in each of the thirty teams’ tables? I made a more detailed post about this back in April, but it was too far from the regular season and didn’t appear to have any consensus (and contained an error, now fixed thanks to AzaToth). It’s a bit obsolete now, but here it is. I currently have the template transcluded from my sandbox so that editors can preview some tweaks, but I’d appreciate it if nobody actually submits an edit. —LOL 21:52, 27 October 2007 (UTC)

I like this idea. —MC 01:49, 28 October 2007 (UTC)

This doesn’t look like a consensus, so instead of employing the template in all thirty teams at once, I’ll add it to each team’s article when they play their respective season opener. —LOL 20:21, 30 October 2007 (UTC)

Gotta love those templates. Makes things easier now. Chensiyuan 01:36, 1 November 2007 (UTC)

How do I do this? (Team templates)

I was looking at Template:Chicago Bulls, and I noticed that a few colleges aren't wikilinked. How would I link to those colleges within the current template style?

I'm not sure, but I think click on the "e" (amongst v/d/e) in the top right corner of the template? Chensiyuan 13:53, 1 November 2007 (UTC)

Also, has there been any consensus on what to do with nationality flags, both within the templates and elsewhere? Should Luol Deng, for example, be labeled with a Sudanese flag or a British one? Zagalejo^^^ 06:18, 30 October 2007 (UTC)

Though you may already know this, I think wp:mos has a couple of things to say about using flags -- in infoboxes in particular. Chensiyuan 13:52, 1 November 2007 (UTC)
One more: what happened to the List of current NBA team rosters? Zagalejo^^^ 06:24, 30 October 2007 (UTC)
Well, I think I have the first problem figured out. But it appears that List of current NBA team rosters has reached its template limit. Zagalejo^^^ 19:45, 10 November 2007 (UTC)

Standings templates

Seems to me the standings should be individual templates. The standings for the Central Division are maintained in (at least) three places: 2007-08 NBA season, 2007-08 Detroit Pistons season and Central Division (NBA). The smart thing to do is to have the standings as a template and only need to update them in one place. The only potential issue is that the standings have different information in each of the three places. X96lee15 13:41, 1 November 2007 (UTC)

I wonder if the templates I created for the standings would work. Look for it at. LADodgersAngelsfan 07:18, 12 November 2007 (UTC)

Uniforms in NBA team infoboxes

I'm running a dry-run here to test the different uniforms and how they conform to the templates. The templates will replace the copyrighted images such as this if the people here agree. Currently there are some patterns that are missing and I'll be uploading some images to largely eliminate those problems - even some of you guys can do it, all you need is MSPaint and PowerPoint. --Howard the Duck 16:23, 24 November 2007 (UTC)

Conflicting height stats

Josh Howard’s height is listed as 6′5″ by NBA.com and 6′7″ by ESPN, so there are conflicting edits between two users ([1][2]). For statistics, shouldn’t NBA.com always take precedence because it’s the primary source? —LOL (talk) 22:44, 23 December 2007 (UTC)

"Leading scorer"

I have a question about the various 2007-08 NBA season articles (Warriors, Lakers, Magic, etc.) Does the "Leading scorer" section apply to the players of the team alone or to both teams in the game? On the Warriors article, players such as Carlos Boozer, Tim Thomas, T. J. Ford, Ray Allen, and Kevin Martin are listed, but perhaps they should be replaced with the Warrior players who scored the most for their team. Bash Kash (talk) 07:12, 28 December 2007 (UTC)

I’m not the author of those tables, but I’m inclined to believe that the “leading scorer” only applies to one team because the NBA.com schedules are done this way[3] and the article is focused on that one team. —LOL (talk) 07:21, 28 December 2007 (UTC)
Thanks, that's what I was guessing as well. I think I'll be bold and change the Warriors article to the respective players. Thanks again. Bash Kash (talk) 08:18, 28 December 2007 (UTC)

Dirk Nowitzki

Happy new year folks, I have rewritten the Dirk Nowitzki article. Still needs spit and polish, but I think a GAC is within reach. —Onomatopoeia (talk) 12:41, 2 January 2008 (UTC)

Nice... but have to replace the ibids though. Would also try to work on formatting the other refs in the meantime. Chensiyuan (talk) 13:08, 2 January 2008 (UTC)

NBA teams assessment

I assessed all team articles in order to learn the state of each article. Here is my assessment. If no one minds, I'll create a subpage here at WP:NBA in a couple of days and move my assesment page there. As you could see most of our Team articles are in bad condition and it would be great if we collaborated to improve one article each week. If you have any comments or suggestions, please provide them.--Crzycheetah 22:35, 4 January 2008 (UTC)

New Infobox

I have created a new infobox (Template:Infobox NBAretired‎) for retired players because the current one is just not cutting it, yes it is very similar to Template:Infobox NFLretired, but I believe that it is way better than the current one. There are still many errors, like the link to stats and things like that, so if anyone could fix that it would be great. Please leave any suggestions or comments here about what you think about it.--Yankees10 (talk) 01:07, 9 January 2008 (UTC)

In other words, people out there, if you have any pictures of any free and legal pictures of any former or current NBA player, please stick it to a page (the correct page would be appreciated). Basketball110 22:53, 17 January 2008 (UTC)

Template Question

Hi. I'm working on the article of Donald Boven (who was in the news recently when Shaq nearly broke his consecutive foul-out record). Is there a template that has NBA player fields and college coaching fields? After his NBA stint, Don Boven went on to coach for his alma mater, Western Michigan University. Thanks a lot.--Eva bd 13:29, 16 January 2008 (UTC)

Team seasons

I don't plan on being too involved with articles not dealing directly with the Cavaliers (being they're my hometown team) but I created an article for a list of their completed seasons based on the same lists we used in the NFL WikiProject. As you can see in the Cleveland Cavaliers seasons article, I feel I've been a sufficient backbone for all future team seasons list. Naturally, as I'm not going to contribute to this project full time, I'm going to expect anyone and everyone to contribute to the betterment of these lists. They won't be able to be up for "featured" status as all the redlinks have to be gone, but working on it, it can be done. So leave a note if you thinks it's good or bad. : ) Wlmaltby3talk/contribs 21:22, 16 January 2008 (UTC)
