SaaS company seeking assistance

edit

Hi, WikiProject Edit request editors. I am here on behalf of my employer, Diligent Corporation, to seek updates to the articles about Diligent Corporation and its CEO, Brian Stafford, in compliance with Wikipedia's COI rules. As of now, I have two open requests:

Diligent Corporation

Brian Stafford (businessman)

Diligent has been trying to get these requests reviewed, but the process appears to have stalled. I'm happy to discuss these requests with editors on the article Talk pages. Or if there are other venues you think I should try, I appreciate your insight. Thanks. MSDiligent (talk) 15:50, 20 January 2023 (UTC)Reply

Jonathan Karp

edit

Hello! On behalf of American book editor, publisher, and writer Jonathan Karp, I've submitted a few edit requests to update his biography. One of the requests is about crediting him for his contributions to a selection of specific books, based on multiple reliable sources.

Are any project members able to take a look at the requests? Thanks in advance for any feedback or article updates! Inkian Jason (talk) 17:14, 27 February 2023 (UTC)Reply

Putting a request on hold?

edit

I've been going through the COI edit requests and as I'm on my second pass through the list I notice that a number of them are waiting on the requestor rather than a reviewer. Is there an established way to mark these, ideally in a way that gets them out of the queue? In principle one could simply mark them as answered and tell the requestor to unmark them once they're done, but I don't love this solution and I'm worried they'd easily get lost in the shuffle, especially with newer editors unused to working with templates.
