9. Interested in it, Singapore is not a place with frequent WikiMeetups (as Hong Kong, my hometown did). Plan for the event

Agenda

Please add anything you are interested in discussing or doing at the meetup to the tentative agenda below.

1. Pick one or two articles on the Wikipedia:SGpedians' notice board that are asking for comments, clean-up, expansion and so on, and work on them collaboratively.
2. How we can "recruit" more SG Wikipedians (I.e. Organising Wikipedia-related events at libraries, etc., and also so as to better educate the lesser informed about the"rules and regulations" of Wikipedia. Many Singaporeans, in my opinion, still do not know what's right and what's wrong when it comes to basic editing.)
3. Wikipedia Asian Month will be held on November 2015.
4. Other business.

Things to bring

• Notebook laptops or tablet computers
• Portable modem (if applicable, in case the WiFi at the venue is down)
• Pens and papers
• Your other friends (Wikipedian beginners are most welcomed)
• Camera (we want to document this event, don't we? :) )
• Selfie stick :P

I'm there (if I'm allowed to join the meetup as a foreign Wikimedian who wrote some Singaporean articles in zhwp, one of them is a GA), hope that this will succeed on the said date. Personally I know there's a Singaporean Wikipedian who was active in enwp and zhwp, and privately I have contact links with him. Spring Roll Conan, anyone in Singapore or outside Singapore (who are willing to travel or fly to Singapore) is most welcomed for this meetup. Well, we do understand that we can never satisfy everyone, else we can never find the most appropriate date and time for this meetup. But we can always do more often in the future.
