WiR redlist index: Rodeo

Welcome to WikiProject Women in Red (WiR). Our objective is to turn red links into blue ones. Our scope is women's biographies, women's works, and women's issues, broadly construed.

This list of red links is intended to serve as a basis for creating new articles on the English Wikipedia. Please note however that the red links on this list may well not be suitable as the basis for an article. All new articles must satisfy Wikipedia's notability criteria with reliable independent sources.

  • This is a list under development of missing articles on women who are (or have been) notable for their contribution to the sport of rodeo as participants, supporters and organizers.

I have authored a guide to creating biographies for women in rodeo. Some of the material applies to competitors only. The guide is located here: Creating Rodeo Biographies. It explains the rodeo associations, awards, championships, statistics, and other important information, along with many helpful links. Any stubs created for rodeo performers in these redlinks will just add to the numerous stubs that already exist, that need hard work to be expanded--due to the numerous work necessary to document the facts and figures that make up their careers. dawnleelynn(talk) 19:09, 25 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
