Wikipedia:WikiProject New Zealand/Christchurch Taskforce

Kia ora, this is the project page for the Christchurch Taskforce. This project's purpose is to improve, expand and create articles about Christchurch, the largest city in the South Island of New Zealand. We are working as a taskforce under the WikiProject New Zealand banner.

Scope

We cover all things related to Christchurch City. A list of articles related to Christchurch can be found at Category:Christchurch.

Meetups

A small group of us meet up regularly to discuss Wikipedia, the things we've been working on and ideas for collaborative projects. Anyone is welcome to come to these meetings. If you're based in Christchurch please consider attending!

Current projects

Main article to GA

We are currently working to get the main article on Christchurch up to WP:GA status. A considerable amount of work has already been done and progress has been good. If you would like to help, coordination is happening at the talk page.
