Hello, I am a historian from Germany, I am trying to add a biography of a Brazilian photographer, but I have been denied 3 times already, I would like you to help me, please!

Ebnertomassen Your draft was rejected, meaning that it will not be considered further. The photographer does not meet the special Wikipedia definition of a notable creative professional, as shown with significant coverage in independent reliable sources. It will only waste your time and that of others to pursue this further. The German Wikipedia may have different standards, you might try there. 331dot (talk) 16:46, 14 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
To avoid a possible misunderstanding: German Wikipedia does not have different standards, please do not give it a try there. Thanks, Denis Barthel (talk) 08:58, 16 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I didn't understand the reason behind the rejection of my article. It would be beneficial for me if you specify the reason again to make changes in my article and hopefully submit it. Sohel1667 (talk) 20:33, 14 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Sohell1667: The rejection note was "Wikipedia is not a textbook". I infer from that, that the reviewer felt that you were attempting to educate readers on an abstract business concept "Leasing decision", or rather a cost benefit analysis of when it is appropriate to make a leasing decision, in the style of a textbook. I can't say that I've seen many conceptual articles of this sort in my time here. The fact that it is also largely unsourced doesn't help matters either. If you have further questions, you can always ask Tagishsimon directly on their talk page. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 22:27, 14 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Gkza1972d: You didn't ask a question, and you posted the same non-question twice. I have deleted one of them. The draft you created was declined because you did not adequately establish that the subject meets our General Notability Guideline. The existence of a Getty Photo about the subject doesn't do anything to establish notability, and although the Marie Claire article says it was written by Maria Coole, it reads to me a lot like it was written by Sara, which would make it entirely dependent on the subject, meaning that it would do nothing to establish notability, since notability is established through independent secondary sources.
