I was reviewing this draft by request at ticket:2015120910007481. I posted a review on the draft, giving an opinion to pass it. I was unable to pass the page in the submission process because the page is blacklisted. I did see a 2009 deletion discussion about this. In looking at the article history the submitter seems to have done good communication about improving the article.

I thought that I would post here and ask why the page is blacklisted. I do not know where to look for records for Puttana Venkatramana Raju being a restricted title for a page, and I wonder if there is more to this than I see. If not- I approve of the article being created.

With all due respect, I declined the draft for now. It read more like an essay than a Wikipedia article ("He was a good student", "==A short-write up about his family==" and is not currently fit for the encyclopedia. JTP (talk • contribs) 15:55, 7 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

 I am trying to get this article reviewed, after making numerous revisions.  Can you please review it?  This is an English-language page, for a Miami-based band who already has a page in Spanish Wikipedia.
