OK, So I am submitting an article about an important figure in the Hispanic media. He has a large trajectory in this business. The article has been declined several times. I have made a few changes but I do not know exactly what to do in order for this article to be approved. I listed the references and acquired information mostly from magazines, newspapers, and people that know the character.
Please help me solve this. It has been over three months that I have been trying to upload this article. Lolita26 (talk) 00:59, 10 July 2014 (UTC)
- I assume you mean Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Gerardo Lorenz, whcih is not currently submitted for review. If this is the one please simply resubmit it. Before you do, though, please inspect it and make sure it is ready for submission. Looking at it just now it did not appear to be. If you mean User:Lolita26/sandbox that is most assuredly not ready.
- If you are simply having difficulty with Wikipedia I recommend to check out WP:Mentoring for the very best assistance you will ever receive. Fiddle Faddle 09:04, 10 July 2014 (UTC)
- I have left you some comments at the more complete draft, Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Gerardo Lorenz. There is much work to be done. Go to it with a will. Fiddle Faddle 09:13, 10 July 2014 (UTC)

How do I link a name or place with it's own wiki page on a wiki page I am created, so it shows in blue and people can click on it?
- You use double square brackets, but it looks like you've already figured that out. Bellerophon talk to me 08:52, 10 July 2014 (UTC)

Hi. I have a vessel information box on the top right of the page detailing vessel length etc... However, some of the fields are not showing on the draft preview i.e. length of vessel. Can anyone help me get the fields I have filled showing in the box?
Many thanks,
Barney

- I've asked a ships expert to come and help. It's probably something simple. Fiddle Faddle 21:23, 10 July 2014 (UTC)
- No such parameter as
|Ship length overall=
. See Template:Infobox_ship_begin/Usage_guide.
- No such parameter as
- Barneywilby, after the numerical value add loa which displays as loa. Similarly, length between perpendicularslpp and lwl render as lpp and lwl respectively. There is no one rule for format of abbreviations. Kablammo (talk) 01:51, 11 July 2014 (UTC)
- I've made a few tweaks to the infobox. I notice that many of the fields in infobox ship begin are missing. I've added back a few of them. These really should be kept as they can then easily be filled in as the information becomes available. The Ship identification field can be used for such things as Official Numbers, Code Letters, radio call signs etc. When the article is moved to mainspace, it should be moved to Will (Thames barge). Good luck! Mjroots (talk) 08:09, 11 July 2014 (UTC)

- No draft specified!
- In general one asks a question at a help desk. User:Smdcoffice/Seychelles Medical and Dental Council is an unreferenced article and will not proceed without them. I have left a comment on it. To have a review you need to submit it. Fiddle Faddle 21:14, 10 July 2014 (UTC)
