Step 3: First time setup and troubleshooting

Welcome! Ultraviolet is installed and no troubleshooting is required at this time, given you can see Ultraviolet's interface icons.

The first time setup should have appeared, please ensure you fill this out or it will keep reappearing until it is completed.

If you still see this message after a few seconds, there may be a problem. Follow these troubleshooting steps:

  • Make sure you're using a compatible browser, such as Chrome or Firefox. Safari (including all iPadOS and iOS browsers) and Internet Explorer are not supported.
  • Hold SHIFT and click the reload button to refresh your browser's page cache.
  • Make sure that allow resources and scripts from toolforge.org through firewalls or other blocking tools.
  • Make sure other user scripts are not stopping Ultraviolet from loading. To test this, remove all other scripts but Ultraviolet from your common.js.
