The result of the discussion was speedy keep. Per WP:CSK#2: Nomination apparently made to attack a user over allegedly "useless" edits. (non-admin closure)Ceso femmuin mbolgaig mbung, mellohi! (投稿) 00:28, 28 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Not a useful template, and Elijahandskip has a history of uselesss templates and articles. No one will need this. 64.8.9.123 (talk) 16:10, 22 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep - Trying out a new template that I will be creating for each of the tornado pages. 0 difference between a new navigation box that goes at the bottom of the page of articles like Tornadoes of 2022 & in the tornado section of the Weather of (year) articles, which I also brought back to life and started re-working, from existing ones. I see 0 reasons why the nominator, who hasn't edited since 2018 (I started editing in 2019), is trying to bring a new navigational template to deletion discussion, let alone talk about history that I don't recall being true since I haven't had a history of creating useless templates. If this gets deleted, it will start a chain reaction to question a whole lot more meteorological navigation templates, like the Template:2022 tornado months, which are also yearly navigational boxes at the bottom of Tornado of (year) articles. I sort of have a belief this is a troll from my past over a year ago, so I am not taking this seriously and recommend others do the same. Elijahandskip (talk) 21:59, 22 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Speedy Keep Not sure how one IP can determine the creator "has a history of uselesss templates and articles. No one will need this." A PA nomination which is what this comes off as is unacceptable in any XFD nomination. There is no credible rationale for this to be deleted. If this problem of the IP continues, then an admin should consider the right course of action. --WikiCleanerMan (talk) 01:02, 24 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

No links to articles about the regional group outside the title. All it contains are the member states, the individual relations of the member states, and the leaders of the countries. There is no distinct navigational purpose where the articles listed aren't covered by other navboxes. WikiCleanerMan (talk) 18:41, 14 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Relisted to generate a more thorough discussion and clearer consensus.
Please add new comments below this notice. Thanks, plicit 00:30, 22 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete Mainly because the linked articles have nearly a dozen navboxes already, to the extend that it's a mess trying to navigate with all the show/hide buttons. This feels more like a category than a navbox scenario. I would expect the links in a navbox like this to be specific to BIMSTEC itself, not just a collection of articles.
