If there is a way to use LST or WikiData to generate the episode count, this template can go. Otherwise it should be kept as it saves the pain of updating multiple articles whenever a new episode airs. For reference, there was a previous discussion at Wikipedia:Templates for discussion/Log/2012 March 5#Template:The Simpsons episode count which resulted in the template being speedily kept. Template:Infobox classic (talk · history · transclusions · logs · subpages)

fork of {{infobox}} with no benefits and more complicated syntax, just change "Row # info" -> "data#" and "Row # title" -> "label#", and you have the same thing as {{infobox}}. but, why would use even do that when this is redundant to less generic templates like {{infobox company}}. entirely pointless. 174.56.57.138 (talk) 14:06, 18 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

- Well, the first thing you do is you stop removing the deletion notice. Second, you need to explain why Wikipedia needs a template "for personal use."
