Template:Armchair Martian (talk · history · transclusions · logs · subpages)

This is a navbox for the band Armchair Martian, but 3 of the 5 links to albums redirect to the head article. So effectively this is a navbox for two items, which it is pointless, and well below the threshold of 5 suggested by WP:NENAN. BrownHairedGirl (talk) • (contribs) 22:30, 24 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Keep - Though a navbox should not have only two articles (especially for adjacent albums), for the record, three of the albums were redirected without a lossless merge after I first created the navbox. If this navbox should be deleted, then the articles should be merged losslessly through the AfD process. --Jax 0677 (talk) 00:07, 25 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Reply. There was no referenced content in those pages, so there was nothing to merge, so I have restored the redirects. If you want to find sources for the content and perform the merge yourself, then do so ... but please so not add add unsourced content to any article, even if merged from elsewhere. (If you don't like the redirects, the album articles can be speedy deleted per WP:CSD#A9).
And once again, you are putting the cart before the horse. The album articles should be kept if they are independently notable per WP:NALBUMS, and deleted otherwise; but you seem to want to keep them just to pad out this navbox. How many XFDs will it take for you understand that articles should not be created just in order to make blue links on a navbox? --BrownHairedGirl (talk) • (contribs) 00:54, 25 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Textbook WP:NENAN. Director has only 3 films to his credit. All are sufficiently interlinked from Randall Wallace. Ten Pound Hammer(What did I screw up now?) 13:05, 24 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

This page was nominated at Miscellany for Deletion and I'm moving it here. Discussion there will be quoted below. Ego White Tray (talk) 04:26, 24 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

This is one of three templates created by a user that center predominantly on the article The Behavior Asylum. Like the other two, none of the other films currently have an article on Wikipedia and neither the person in question or the films seem to be particularly notable. It's just a little too soon to really have a template for any of these people.Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 05:09, 23 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Nominating this template along with two others. The rationale is that the person and most of the movies lack articles and are unlikely to pass notability guidelines. Of the one movie with an article, that is currently up for deletion due to concerns of notability. This is just too soon for a template.Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 05:17, 23 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

This is one of three templates created for the page The Behavior Asylum. The film itself has issues with notability and none of the other films currently have articles or would appear to pass notability guidelines if they were created. The same issue goes for Maddaloni herself. It's just far too soon for this person to need a template.Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 05:21, 23 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete unless a rationale for keeping it can be explained. The present navbox has no links, hence it's not a real navbox. It has three items, only one of them is an article and that looks like being deleted very soon. --Kleinzach 05:50, 23 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Speedy procedural close this should be transferred to WP:TFD -- 65.92.180.137 (talk) 02:35, 24 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
