supervillian at Spider-Man's bachelor party

edit

Hi, I'm translating a story (from Spanish to English) that refers to a villain who disrupts Spider-Man's bachelor party and tries to impede his wedding to Mary Jane by forcing him to drink some sort of potion. In Spanish, he is called "Astro Cupido," but I can't find any references to this character in the summaries I've read. I am wondering if it may refer to Mephisto? Any help would be much appreciated. ET

Astro Cupido doesn't show up in Google searches. There's a lot of Spanish-language material about Marvel, so I'd expect him to show if he was a significant figure.
Cupid/Cupido has appeared in Marvel comics with the Avengers, but not as far as I can tell in Spider-Man.[1][2]
Are you sure that this Astro Cupid is a real Spider-Man character? What is this story you're translating? Is it official Marvel, or fan fiction? --Colapeninsula (talk) 16:09, 29 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I'm assuming it's a fan fiction as our article on Spider-Man's bachelor party (The Wedding! (comics)) mentions nothing of an attack. WormTT · (talk) 11:25, 1 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
