Name of movie singer

What is the name of the wonderful black female singer in the Robin Williams movie BICENTENNIAL MAN? Her voice is outstandingly beautiful. Jreuben 02:13, 13 July 2007 (UTC)

According to this, the female singers were Lucia Popp, Celine Dion and Aretha Franklin. The only black one of these is Aretha, a lady for whom you gotta have a lot of r-e-s-p-e-c-t. -- JackofOz 02:37, 13 July 2007 (UTC)

Aretha Franklin didn't show up in the film. Jreuben is probably talking about some character that was singing. IMDb lists Paula West (pics) as "singer" in the cast, so that'd be my bet. — Kieff | Talk 20:55, 13 July 2007 (UTC)

eSport vs Sport, a spectators view

I'm writing a thesis on computer games as a spectator sport but I'm having a lot of trouble finding good references. I've searched high and low for articles on the subject but all I can find are articles on Counter-Strike and different player behaviours. I'm more interested in proven similarities or differences between different types of games and different types of sports, such as "the relation between Call of Duty and Ice Hockey". Especially the difficulty for an outside person to understand what's going on; in hockey most people should understand after a few minutes spectating that there are two teams and they're trying to get the little black puck to go inside the goal areas. The same isn't true for most FPS games, or is it?.. Any help finding some good articles on anything related to the subject is deeply appreciated. seriema 09:24, 13 July 2007 (UTC)

It's based the idea that t-shirts are a popular gift to get for one's family and friends while visiting a foreign locale. If someone went to Europe from the States they'd find a souvenir (never could spell that word) t-shirt with the name of one of the countries on it and bring it back for a friend or family member. This is original research, I know, but for example, in the past couple years I've received shirts from my brother from Stonehenge and a festival in Germany. Big Brother

how does wikipedia know what will happen on each big brother episode (us edition) before that episode airs?

Also much of the broadcast is taken from the daily live video feeds, then edited down into an hourlong TV broadcast. Only the Thursday night vote off and Head of Household competitions are live. Corvus cornix 22:24, 13 July 2007 (UTC)
