Help identify these menEdit

thumb|Groepsfoto van de heren Jan van L., dr. Wu Lien Teh, en professor De Langen, Tandjong Priok, Batavia.

is one of the men Cornelis de Langen? and who is "Jan van L."?--RZuo (talk) 09:10, 12 March 2021 (UTC)

It seems to me that Jan van L. is Jan Jacobus van Lonkhuijzen. See also J.J. van Lonkhuyzen on Commons. He was Head of the Health Service in Dutch East Indies. And yes, it seems likely that professor De Langen refers to Cornelis Douwe de Langen.Ruud Buitelaar (talk) 15:23, 12 March 2021 (UTC)
Thanks a lot! given their biographies and unique names, it's them, but i'll leave it to readers and other editors to see which is which then. i think the title matches their positions in the photo.--RZuo (talk) 22:10, 12 March 2021 (UTC)
You are welcome! I think you are right: the picture shows, from left to right on the screen, Jan van Lonkhuijzen, Wu Lien Teh and Cornelis de Langen.Ruud Buitelaar (talk) 15:20, 15 March 2021 (UTC)

Women in Red Europe contestEdit

After successfully completing our Asia and Africa contests over the past six months, we now welcome contributions to our Women in Europe contest which runs for three separate months from April to June 2021. To qualify for the contest, articles have to contain at least 160 words or 1,000 characters of running text and participants need to be members of Women in Red. We look forward to lots of new biographies of women from the Netherlands.--Ipigott (talk) 06:31, 2 April 2021 (UTC)

Living former cabinet members of the NetherlandsEdit

Somebody is adding a large number of dead people to this list. Some extra eyes from knowledgeable editors are needed. Thanks! --Randykitty (talk) 17:14, 11 April 2021 (UTC)

Help with an article?Edit

Hi! I was trying to find sourcing for the song Zing, vecht, huil, bid, lach, werk en bewonder. It looks like it was a huge hit in the Netherlands and is one of Ramses Shaffy's most well known songs, but it lacks an article. Can anyone help me find sourcing to establish that it meets WP:NMUSIC? I can use Google translate on the news sources that pop up, but I have a feeling that there are going to be sources that won't show up for me since I'm in the US or will be in places I can't use GT. Yes, the song meets notability criteria. Not so much because it was a huge hit, which it really wasn´t (it never topped the charts) but it has become a classic, especially in the fight against cancer. For Het Parool newspaper it was the most beautiful dutch-language song of the 20th century. I would start by translating the very poorly sourced dutch-language Wikipedia article about the song and take it from there. The dutch-language article has some useful pointers.
