Comment: What you have given us is search engine result for pictures, which has a big lot of different pictures. You will ahve to point us at one particular picture. Also we need to have a license that is associated with the picture, on the same web site that you got it from, so we can see what it is. In this case it sounds like the pictures will not be freely usable to wikipedia, in which case it may be fair use. But you need to write a reason why it is fair use on what article. Pictures of people still alive, groups still active, and buildings still standing; provided that taking a new free picture as a replacement (which is almost always considered possible) would serve the same encyclopedic purpose as the non-free image. This includes non-free promotional images.

No, there are extra fields like resolution and replaceability which are required for non-free images.

  1. It is used on the main article about the subject, and serves as a primary illustration for identification.
  2. The resolution has been reduced from the original to make it presentable in the encyclopedic format. No substantial, or substantive, changes have been made to the meaning or presentation in these alterations.
  3. It does not deprive the owner of any revenue, or opportunities, and the public use of such logos to identify their owners is a standard fair use rationale.
  4. It is clear that no endorsement of the article is implied by the logo, nor is it likely that any confusion will occur from this placement.
  5. No free substitute can be made, nor is it replaceable.
