This nomination is supported by Wikipedia:WikiProject Elements (i.e. user:mav, user:Cryptic C62, other past members) and various members (user:Gary King, user:Itub) have helped besides me, including some outside the project. I think it is an important topic, and should be well put together. Also, the main article is currently undergoing a FAC, and one that will be successful, the other articles will be improved further and submitted to FAC too. Co-nomination Why am I not mentioned here (since this was taken from my own "Goals" page...)? :| Anyways, I put a lot of work into Noble gas, helped it get to Good Article status, and it is currently at FAC. Support even if Helium is delisted as FA They're all related per criteria one. It meets criteria two, and as for criteria 3, even if Helium were to be delisted, 3/8(the other articles are the 3) is 37.5%, more than the 20% threshold.   - Note, not quite. Since the new assessment system, FARC'd articles are now left unassessed, as the Bot can't determine if they should go to B or C class. By the way, I'm very troubled that Featured topics come up with articles at FARC, as that could encourage driveby supports on the FARC. There are three candidates: the TFA nomination seems to support the XeF4 one which I don't think is truly relevant; another one would be the electronic stucture which is wrong but used in intro chem books; the last one is the neon tube one, which although showes the ionised gas, at least shows what is probably the best known use of noble gases.
