Vijay Kumar Mandal (born 1 January 1957) is an Indian politician[2] who was elected as a member of Bihar Legislative Assembly from Dinara constituency in 2020 as candidate of Rashtriya Janata Dal.[3][4] He defeated former Minister of Department of Science and Technology, Jai Kumar Singh in 2020 elections.
