Managing a conflict of interest

edit

Hello, Zorgiepoo. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page Sparkle (software), you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for article subjects for more information. We ask that you:

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Good day—RetroCosmos talk 01:02, 31 March 2024 (UTC)Reply

I see you have only edited Sparkle in the last 17 years. You may have a conflict of interest. At the very least please do not remove COI tags from the article. Good day—RetroCosmos talk 01:02, 31 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
Please see Talk:Sparkle (software) where I brought this up.
Can I remove all my recent edits so we can remove the COI? I don't want it there. I would rather revert all my changes. Thanks. Zorgiepoo (talk) 01:29, 31 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
I reverted all the changes I made in the last couple days. Nothing on that article has anything there by me anymore. Please let me know if this is still an issue. Zorgiepoo (talk) 01:37, 31 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
