Request reason:

It's been years since I've added anything once I found out I was in error. I wasn't familiar with the rules and created a page based on what I saw with others. Since then, I became aware of the proper netiquette and I thought I removed the page. I hadn't logged in in over a year, I'm guessing, until today. I found my account blocked by you. I thought it odd that it was done so recently. I have contributed to several pages with good unbiased information over the years. I'd like to be reinstated and I promise not to do anything even close to being perceived as self-promotion. I'd originally created a page because that's what I thought could be done.
