You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for advertising or promotion. From your contributions, this seems to be your only purpose.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  MER-C 16:17, 25 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

Hello! Hope ya'll are well. It says that I was blocked for advertising, and I understand why my article was interpreted that way since it's my only post so far ~ I decided to get involved with Wikipedia to make a creative birthday gift for my cousin who's a big fan of Wikipedia and other internet things; he was using the website I wrote about and told me he was surprised it didn't have a page. I want to get involved more broadly to make edits, be a part of the community, and make other pages as gifts for people (I don't like buying things, so I mostly stick to creative presents), so I would like to be unblocked if ya'll would be amenable to that. If it would be possible for me to get the page that I wrote back up, that'd be great, and if not, I'll just send my cousin the rough draft and tell him that I got stuck in publishing limbo; if it's a matter of information not being factual enough, I'm happy to edit, I just hoped to have something to send him and was throwing stuff in that I thought sounded journalistic. I'm sorry for the trouble, and I would be happy to talk further and answer any questions ya'll may still have. Hope everyone is doing ok. Zakbrosen (talk) 18:12, 25 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

Based on information I am not allowed post publicly, I have difficulty believing you are just an acquaintance of the other user, and that you might have had other motivations for creating the draft. As such, I am declining your request. 331dot (talk) 13:07, 27 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

What is your connection to the user Djweeks? 331dot (talk) 11:28, 26 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

He's an acquaintance of mine, when I saw that my page could take up to seven weeks to process and wouldn't be live in time for my cousin's birthday, I posted on Facebook asking if anyone had a wikipedia account and could help me - I now understand that this was inappropriate and I won't do anything like it again. Request reason:

Ok, at this point, I don't care if I'm blocked indefinitely, but I feel very guilty that DJ is blocked. I'm assuming the information that you're not allowed to post publicly is related to our locations/IP addresses. When I asked him for help he just sent me his username and password, not really thinking about it, and I logged into his account from my computer. He was just trying to help me out, didn't mean anything malicious, and just texted me asking why he's been accused of sockpuppeting. We live in different states, if he logs into his account from where he is, will that be sufficient evidence that we are two different people? I understand why this stringent enforcement is necessary to keep Wikipedia effective and unbiased, I definitely won't be borrowing someone's account again and I doubt DJ will ever lend it. I understand if I have lost the right to be a part of Wikipedia, I didn't mean harm but I can appreciate if I am too suspicious to allow in - however, DJ is an innocent party in this and I feel really bad to have cost him the ability to play a part. Thank you for your time, please let me know if there is anything else I can do.  Zakbrosen (talk) 12:35, 5 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

Djweeks102's account is considered to be compromised, and there is no way for others to verify whether full control of the account has been regained or not. This is even the case if the original owner still has access. Regarding sockpuppetry, when there is uncertainty whether a party is one user with sockpuppets or several users with similar editing habits they may be treated as one user with sockpuppets. I'm declining the appeal for now, as it does not actually seem to be an unblock request for this account. See also: WP:SO. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 12:53, 16 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

Your draft article, Draft:Campus 360

edit

Hello, Zakbrosen. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Campus 360".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia! UnitedStatesian (talk) 19:14, 3 February 2021 (UTC)Reply
