Hello, and my apologies for the late response. I was in an accident and unable to type for a while. I have looked at the draft and the topic is notable in my opinion. The draft is acceptable in it's current form, thanks to all the efforts you and others have made. Let me know if you submit it and want me to review it. Although I don't see any major issue with the draft at the moment, I will go through the article and sources in detail if I were to review it.
