I Do not Believe I done anything wrong as I have Not vandalized anything and The admin won't even let me edit my talk Page which should be good faith Per WPBLANKING says that the user page can be blank without fault as the user has read the message. I would also answer any questions you should have before you close the case.

Where does it say that notices cannot be removed it says "There is no need to keep them on display, and usually users should not be forced to do so. It is often best to simply let the matter rest if the issues stop." also I used UTRS earlier and was decline by JJMC89 without a reason it now says "It has been detected that you or someone else is trying to spam our system with appeals. Please wait until your previous appeal is closed, or if it's already closed, please try again later". when I go to UTRS now. did you reply 331dot i was busy fixing layout. how is removing that type of notice against policy? I read WPBlanking Over an hour and it seems fine as it says if issues stop and it Has not has Ponyo keeps reverting Without My Permission And Against WPBLANKING

It Seems kinda unfair and worthless to argue over a talk page but WPBLANKING says if issues stop to just let it be and Ponyo Just won't let it be and causing more issues than solving them and also all my accounts stop editing while I get scapegoat over Ponyo reverting some talk page. I would Propose an Unblocking proposal and compromise like that if you unblock my ip and user account I will not make any edits For At Least Three Months Or More We can discuss later about it.
