My mistake and apologies...

Friend, I went back to re-examine my reversion and found that I am mistaken on Austria-Hungary. Your edit was brought to my attention as a possible incorrect edit for a couple of reasons: first, an edit made in all capital letters is typical of a new user who is trying to insert the wrong material into Wikipedia, and second this is edit was made by a new user-you. The screening process 'flagged' this content to me and I mistakenly assumed that it was inappropriate but I was wrong. I will revert my edits but I will go back in and edit out all capitalization titles. It looks to me like you fully intend to make the article better and I didn't recognize that.
