Orphaned non-free media (Image:MelliangeePerez.jpg)

edit

Thanks for uploading Image:MelliangeePerez.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 18:06, 10 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed maintenance templates from Melliangee Pérez. When removing maintenance templates, please be sure to either resolve the problem that the template refers to, or give a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, as your removal of this template has been reverted. • Please note the article shows no evidence whatsoever of passing the notability criteria for singers and consists of one sentence. Until you have remedied this, please do not remove the tags. They alert other editors, who may be able to help. If you continue to remove them without significantly improving the article, it is highly likely that the article will be nominated for deletion. List of Puerto Ricans

edit

The name of Melliangee Pérezwas removed from List of Puerto Ricans, because our criteria requires that all additions to the "list" must provide a reliable verifiable source which cites and proofs his/her Puerto Rican roots and notability. By reliable sources we mean newspaper, magazine articles and such. You may add the name once more after complying with the established criteria. Personal websites and websites such as myspace, facebook, twitter, imdb, etc. are not considered reliable sources per Wikipedia policy. Take care.
