editI think you might have mistaken Wikipedia for Wikia. This is the global encyclopaedia, whereas Wikia is the place where you can create and run your own fan pages. Here, we have policies about notability, referencing and style of presentation. On Wikia, you are not allowed to libel people, post copyright material from elsewhere or do other things that the law says you must not do, but otherwise you are free to set your own style and content.
