In reply to your question. there's no problem with using a source multiple times. The best way to do that is to give the citation a name e.g. <ref name="Crains schlepping">{{cite web|last=Pofeldt|first=Elaine|title=LugLess frees travelers from schlepping bags|url=http://www.crainsnewyork.com/article/20120718/SMALLBIZ/120719883|publisher=Crain's|accessdate=31 October 2013}}</ref> and then simply adding <ref name="Crains schlepping" /> where you want the reference repeated. However, I would urge you to look for some general news sources - these days it is not unusual for businesses to be profiled on specialist business websites.
