Yes! before I misused multiple accounts but from now I won't do so. I won't edit anything unnecessarily.

Decline reason:

So, go make a request on your original account. But I'll warn you, there's zero chance you'll be unblocked at the moment. Your best bet is to wait six months with zero edits, then apply under WP:SO.
