Hello, Vence1234, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, such as Keen Type Probationer, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines, and may soon be deleted.

I have content to add but out of time at this moment. Will get back to it in an hour or so. This term has an existence more than 50 years and every senior level civil servant knows about it in the country.

You fully deserved to have Central Board for Direct Taxes deleted because you had made no attempt to provide independent references. I have moved it to User:Vence1234/sandbox. But in fact the board is, I feel, adequately covered in Taxation in India#Central Board of Direct Taxes. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. Please add this information by editing the image description page.

If the necessary information is not added within the next days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Indian IRS

In response to your edit summary, we don't list out the step by step process of getting a particular job at a particular organization. That's not encyclopedic. That information should be found on the IRS webpage, not here. We need information about what the IRS does, what it's major responsibilities are, major stories it has been involved in (positive and negative), it's major divisions, etc. Qwyrxian (talk) 07:02, 21 August 2012 (UTC)
