I have some basic factual edit suggestions for the Reynolds American article I posted on the article’s talk page. I am an employee of the company and I am therefore just suggesting edits due to my WP:COI. Could someone here please take a look at them and implement if OK? Thanks. - You did correctly by posting the edit request on the article's talk page. It is not necessary to post a help me here as well since there is no deadline for editing Wikipedia articles. Really just have to wait until someone comes along and either accepts or rejects the request. I made the changes per the request on that article. In the future, you should probably give the edit request more time for someone to notice. If it goes on for a long time (to me that would mean a few/several weeks) then you might consider posting a help me here or at the very least, updating your comment on that talk page.
