Reviewing your indef block

Thanks for coming to Toronto Wikipedia Day meetup today. Since you arrived quite late, I didn't have time to go over what led to your indef block until I got home. While the block occurred over 11 years ago, I continue to have reservations about your request for unblock made during today's in-person meeting. In your brief summary, you said that your personal attack at the time was made against a vandal but I was unable to find that evidence. I did find that you were blocked for a week in July 2023 in Spanish Wikipedia for insulting a librarian. This seems to be consistent with the concerns that led to your block from 2012 because of behavioural issues (namely personal attack and ownership of articles). The comments made during the review in 2012 were valid back then and based on the recent behaviour in Spanish Wikipedia, I am inclined to believe that it is still valid today.
