Everyone here is a volunteer, there are no managers. Our admins are given their tool access by the community because they are trusted to protect the community and the encyclopedia but the highest position on the project is editor. While we do have fun and communicate with each other this is not a social media site. We are about building a better encyclopedia through policies laid out by the community by way of consensus. I would suggest you read some of those policies and guidelines before editing further. If you have further questions about how to edit, you may contact me on my talk page or ask at the Teahouse.
