February 2022 edit

Your recent editing history at Goguryeo controversies shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war; read about how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. April 2022 edit

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Joseon. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

 1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
 2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. You have been engaged in prolonged edit warring on this article for months. Stop or you will be reported Qiushufang (talk) 22:03, 2 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

Copying within Wikipedia requires attribution (second request) edit

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from History of Korea into Korea. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from page name; see that page's history for attribution. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted copied template on the talk pages of the source and destination. Please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor, and if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. — Diannaa (talk) 22:03, 2 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

Notice of edit warring noticeboard discussion edit

Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion involving you at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring regarding a possible violation of Wikipedia's policy on edit warring. Thank you. Qiushufang (talk) 22:54, 2 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

April 2023 edit

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 72 hours for edit warring and violating the three-revert rule, as you did at Joseon. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: .  Aoidh (talk) 03:57, 3 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

he or she warned me at 22:03, 2 April 2023. After that, i edited only once. User10281129 (talk) 04:18, 3 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

As per below. 331dot (talk) 08:58, 3 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the unblock template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Just for clarification, you made 4 reverts within 24 hours, which is a WP:3RR issue. Continuing to revert after the warning (even if it's only one revert) is still edit warring, especially if it means you break 3RR in doing so. You were blocked for violating 3RR in August as well so you've been made aware of the policy regarding 3RR previously. When you are unblocked or your block expires I highly suggest you refrain from repeatedly reverting and instead use the talk page and a form of dispute resolution such as WP:3O to obtain a consensus concerning the content of the article. - Aoidh (talk) 05:27, 3 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

Blocked as a sockpuppet edit

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abusing multiple accounts as a sockpuppet of User:Antwerpant per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Antwerpant. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: .  Girth Summit (blether) 13:42, 7 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

That account is someone else's account. Thats not mine at all. I only have one account. Take a look at my edit records. Although some topics overlap, you can see that my interests and his interests are completely different. Edited parts are also different. Please check more carefully. That is someone else's account. The only topic & interest that overlap is the Joseon article. Im just a history nerd and I'm not him! On the Qing invasion of Joseon article, There is a gap of a year, and as far as I know, the Ming Dynasty did not participate in the war, and the war ended in three months, so the Ming army could not come. Many people think that the Ming Dynasty did not participate in the war. It has mediocrity. That account is someone else's account. The topics overlap, but the interests themselves are completely different: on Imo Incident(1) Ethnic groups in Chinese history(2), Korean nationalism(3), Economy of South Korea(4) articles. And on the Korean military article, There are overlapping parts, but just the fact that there is a gap of 233 days can tell that it is someone else's account. As far as I know, the Korean army doesn't operate British equipment, but mainly uses French and German equipments. A lot of people who are interested in the military like me would think so. + The Iranian economy article and the Korean economy article are irrelevant each other. And there are a lot of people who think there is no contribution from Indonesia in the KF-21 program. It has mediocrity. And he edited on the Japanese KF-21 page a year before, and I edited on the English page a year later. That account is someone else's account, and the overlapping topics are just a few of the many articles I've edited, and if you look more carefully at my edit records, you can see that he and I have different interests and different perspectives. A lot of evidence proves my innocence. Please unblock me ~ please im innocent. That's someone else's account

Decline reason:

I disagree with Callanecc at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Antwerpant, I found enough evidence in the logs to mark this as   Confirmed to LouisFromAntwerpp at least. Nice try, though. Yamla (talk) 21:50, 7 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

This unblock request is not going to fly. You would be much better advised to accept that these are all your accounts (which they clearly are), wait six months, and request unblock per WP:SO. Best wishes. Girth Summit (blether) 19:45, 7 April 2023 (UTC)Reply
