Sources for Illinois State Route 54 edit

Hello, good work on Illinois State Route 54, and thanks for the contribution. However, you did not provide any references or sources in the article. Keeping Wikipedia accurate and verifiable is very important, and as you might be aware there is currently a push to encourage editors to cite the sources they used when adding content. From what websites, books, or other places did you learn the information that you added to Illinois State Route 54? Would it be possible for you to mention them in the article? You can simply add links, or see WP:CITET if you wish to review some of the different citation methods. Thanks!  BRIAN0918  03:54, 5 December 2005 (UTC)Reply

If you are looking for a specific template to use, I would suggest {{tl:cite news}}. You can leave every field you don't know the info for blank.—WAvegetarian(talk) 23:24, 28 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Userboxes edit

RE: the photography userbox item. Have you noticed that your userpage has been edited with two userbox redirects to other users pages:- ie Roadfan and Single Male. If you wish you can bypass those by inserting the template code direct, copied from the template itself, in the same way I showed on the Photography talk page. See my userpage for how to put it in. I did NOT catch that. I will check it out . Thanks. US 71 14:40, 16 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Adding junctions to US Routes edit

Greetings, while you are editing the junction lists (in the infobox) for U.S. Routes (or any other road for that matter), please remember to include the shield graphic as well to maintain the existing format. For Interstate shields use [[Image:I-XX.svg|20px]] and for U.S. Route shields use [[Image:US_XX.svg|20px]] where XX is the route number. Cheers! -- Stratosphere (U T) 02:10, 10 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

- Oh, right. I got in a hurry and forgot to do that. Thanks for reminding me. US 71 03:06, 10 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Arkansas Highway 266 edit

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Arkansas Highway 266, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). Flickr edit

If this is yours, you should strongly consider uploading some of those photos to Commons. They would help with the numerous Arkansas Highway pages (here's the list) by including photos of the routes. Your decision, I enjoyed the gallery. Brandonrush Woo pig sooie! 21:59, 20 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

I'll think about it. Right now, I'm trying to fix all the errors on the grid. US 71 (talk) 21:04, 13 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

Arkansas Highway 980 edit

You appear to have added an incomplete reference <ref name="mor" /> that is causing an error. Could you fix it? Thanks ClamDip (talk) 02:34, 2 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Arkansas Highway 265 edit

Hey. Arkansas Highway 265 has three sections, right? Strickler to Fayetteville, Fayetteville to Bethel Heights, and Pea Ridge to Missouri? How can you tell if a highway forms a concurrency vs. just ending and "picking up" again later but as a separate section? Brandonrush Woo pig sooie 16:21, 2 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

The easiest way is to check the official state maps. If that fails, then personal experience with the route. Much of my information comes from actually driving the routes. US 71 (talk) 04:39, 7 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Disambiguation link notification for April 17 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Interstate 49 in Arkansas, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Interstate 540 (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
