Templates

Templates and infoboxes are intended to be used on a large number of articles, see WP:TMP. A hard-coded instance of a template that can only be used on a single page is generally a bad idea as it increases the maintenance burden without much benefit. Also, having part of the content of an article (such as its infobox) split off into a different page (template or not) makes it more difficult to edit. – Uanfala (talk) 09:58, 15 April 2017 (UTC)
