I have moved the page you created to Draft:Mohammad Shamsuzzama. That's the preferred location for drafts in need of improvement before they can become live articles. The page currently does not cite any reliable sources such as newspapers or magazines that report on Shamsuzzama in some detail. We need such sources both to allow our readers to verify the content and to establish that the subject of an article is notable enough to be covered by Wikipedia in the first place.
