Peer Review: Deafness in Ghana

edit

Hi Josh, I really enjoyed reading your article! You have a great variety of reliable sources and well-written prose. Your sections look good and they cover a lot of material. I would love to hear more about Ghanaian Sign Language in your article, as you only mention it in your top paragraph. Another suggestion I have is that your wording could be more concise in some places, and language like "It's often the case" or "came to be known" could probably be trimmed down. In addition, the sentence "The primary solution to deafness in Ghana is the teaching of sign language in schools for the deaf" seems to me like it could be interpreted as your own opinion, so I'm wondering if you could add something like "experts believe that..." to clear that up. Finally, this is not that important but it would be nice if you could link to other articles in your article—for instance, you could add a link to Andrew Foster's name so people browsing your article can learn more about him if they are curious. Those are all small suggestions though, and overall, your article is really solid and I look forward to seeing it once it is public.
