You are banned, not just blocked. It's simply not possible that your sockpuppetry has been unintentional (assuming that's what you meant). Maybe the first time, but it's been going on for literally years. You are working hard to demonstrate you have no intention of ever abiding by Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
