Non-free images

Hello, Triff Traff. I notice that you edited a number of articles to replace or add images. I'm sure these edits were made in good faith, but it turns out that the images you used were deleted from Wikimedia Commons due to copyright violation. The end result is that the articles you edited are now in need of repair; for example, to restore a previous public domain image. Speedy deletion nomination of File:Sir John Stanley.jpg

A tag has been placed on File:Sir John Stanley.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
