Such documents are certainly valuable, however, please note that Wikipedia has the policy Wikipedia:No original research. The use of primary sources like that is covered by WP:PRIMARY, and note the key phrase "that have been reliably published". If the sources you want to use have not been published before, you may not use them on Wikipedia. You could try to digitize them and upload to Wikimedia Commons and Wikisource, however. The best way to have them accepted on Wikipedia would be if the digitized documents were also published on the website of the company you will be writing about.
