Plagiarism, copyvio, and other issues

edit

Hi! I'm your content advisor for the course and I received a notice that you had copied content from Ere Media's website. This is seen as both plagiarism and a copyright violation (WP:COPYVIO), as it comes across like you are passing the content off as your own work. That may not have been your intent, but this is usually quickly detected and can have a negative effect on your project. Please avoid doing this in the future. I would like you to review the Plagiarism and Copyright training module before proceeding further.

You also need to be careful about content that could be seen as promotional - another reason why it's not a good idea to use material taken from somewhere else, as in most cases it is not written in a neutral tone. I would also recommend that you avoid using websites like this, where the site sells services, as these types of sources are very frequently not written in a neutral tone.
