Tomtefarbror, I must deeply thank you for your message about Global Warming and the link. I have read it and found it to be very interesting and helpful. I do have some questions remaining about how much we as humans are changing the world that is unnatural to the extent that we are truly killing ourselves. During the last ice age for example we had nothing but glaciers so yes we have warmed up a bit since then. The North Pole used to be in the mid 60's (Fahrenheit) due to the high gas levels and that was well before any man even was born and the planet healed itself back as well. I am not saying we should not attempt to reduce our pollution or stop trying to clean up but I am not going to run around saying the sky is falling like some in the media are nor am I going to limit something like my travel because the planes are said to hurt the atmosphere. (Can you imagine how much it would help if politicians and actives would save the planet by not flying globally so many times every year to talk about global warming?) Ah yes, and about the Manbearpig photo, well I had hoped that some out there would have a bit of a sense of humor. The show talked about Global Warming and I saw a connection. I did not know people would find it so vitriolic. I only wish we didn't see ourselves as so important. So in the end of this suddenly long explanation I must thank you for sharing your time and to help to me in the form of the link. Please don't hesitate to write me again and see you out there in Wiki-land.--The great grape ape is straight out of the know 11:14, 9 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

Please review the article Mercio Pereira Gomes.

Thanks Axxn, I've fixed up the article a bit and removed the speed-deletion tags. Hope it's ok now. I should let you know though I'm not an admin here on wikipedia and I don't review pages or anything. How did you find me by the way? :-) Thanks again for letting me know about the issue - I hadn't heard the news about Possuelo. Tomtefarbror 17:24, 23 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Looks pretty good. I've added a Brazil stub tag, plus another category tag, but it definitely has the makings of a pretty good article. Thanks for following up on it, and good luck with more editing on WP. If you need anything, let me know. (I'm a little rough around the edges, but I try to be a nice guy overall) --Mhking 17:43, 23 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

I know you are not a admin. But I couldn't find anyoe else with a knowledge of South American Indigenous people. I knew you made the article Taromenane and Tagaeri. So I forwarded to you. Never mind...

Hi. When you recently edited Padang Sugihan Wildlife Reserve, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Sambar and Pig-tailed Macaque (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
