Greetings, this is my first time working creating a wiki article and am just starting to get the hang of the computer language and am admittedly over-concerned on the references as well as saving often. Are either of these the point of concern you are bringing up (links and reference abundance?) I'm also working on this project in Sandbox and wasn't really aware that it would be observable until after I submitted it to Wiki for review. I do plan on bringing in third parties to be sure it is neutral and I have been looking at other cave web pages to see what they've put in. Every bit of help is greatly appreciated! After looking your contributions, I'm not sure why Rsrikanth05 gave you that particular welcome template. Maybe if you go to his/her talk page, and ask what the objections are, then things can clear up. I dream of horses If you reply here, please leave me a {{Talkback}} message on my talk page. @ 20:22, 20 March 2015 (UTC)Reply
(edit conflict) Everything on Wikipedia is visible to anyone, but you are quite right that an article you are developing in your sandbox will normally be left to you (there are exceptions like copyright violations and attack pages) I think the concerns expressed in the Welcome message above relate, not to your sandbox, but to this edit adding links to an article. Wikipedia is a constant target for spammers, and so is very sensitive to attempts to use it for promotion, including "linkspam". The policy on external links is explained at WP:EL. Looking at the history of Harmony, Minnesota (which you can see by clicking "View history" at the top of the screen) I see that your edit was reverted by the user who then left you the Welcome message above.
The way Wikipedia works is explained at WP:BOLD, revert, discuss cycle. In brief, if you think a change would improve the encyclopedia, be WP:BOLD and make it; but if it is then reverted, don't repeat it, which may start an "edit war"; instead, discuss the change on the article talk page, and try to reach a WP:Consensus with other users.
So, if after reading WP:EL you think those links improve the article and would like to pursue the matter, make an entry on the article talk page saying why, and see if others agree with you. You can draw the attention of the user who reverted them, either by leaving a message on their talk page, or by using the {{ping}} function in your note on the article talk page.
