You created a draft article in your sandbox and submitted it for review. When this was not accepted you created a new article in mainspace. This is unacceptable and the article has now been moved back to Draft. Please do not do this again or it may be considered tendentious editing. Thank you.  Velella  Velella Talk   19:16, 1 August 2017 (UTC)Reply

Please note that this was not the case and I find the tone of your comment extremely irritating. I spought advice and in the meantime tried to resubmit the article. If you check timings, you will discover as much.I understood that the first rule of wikipedia was politeness and am assumption of goodwill. You have neither. I welcome an apology and suggestions about how, given the scope and length of the article, it can be made appropriate for a wikipedia entry. This negative editing and the unhelpful information provided at source simply encourages this level of bullying that you have demonstrated so ably. I await your response.
OK let us be very clear then. You created the article in your sandbox at 21.43 on 31st July and submited it for review at 19.01 on 1st August. It was declined at 20.04 on 1st August and at 20.07 - three minutes later- you create the article in mainspace. I belive that my original analysis was correct. For what little it is worth, I do not believe that the subject is notable and it is very clearly promotional, strongly advocating a particular political stand-point. It is not balanced and the sources do not meet the requirements of Wikipedia. If I had reviewed it, I would also have rejected it.  Velella  Velella Talk   19:33, 1 August 2017 (UTC)Reply

Hello, Timewilson61! I'm NewYorkActuary. I have replied to your question about a submission at the WikiProject Articles for Creation Help Desk. NewYorkActuary (talk) 20:51, 1 August 2017 (UTC)Reply

Many thanks. Since writing to you and before receiving your reply, I submitted the article directly and was savaged by Velella who seemed to think I was circumventing the system. In repsponse to my protest at her very aggressive tone, she countered that my article had been rejected 3 minutes before I "re-submitted" it suggesting a degree of dexterity that I think my general naivity negates. Thank you therefore for your kind and considerate choice of language and for your help. I fail to see, however, how my article was reviewed so speedily given your assessment.
