Asking again, please do not remove the Speedy Deletion template. See WP:BLP, WP:RS, and WP:Notability for some things you can do to improve the article, but an admin needs to review it. Editing issues

Noting here that you & User talk:Nalwairo ronald have created duplicate pages under slightly different names for the same performer, Bamuteesasira & Muteesasira juma, with no indication of significance. You've both been removing Speedy Deletion templates, and inserting multiple references under both names for this performer in to the List of Ugandan musicians. This is not meant as an attack, but this is not how these issues are usually approached here on Wikipedia. Please see these pages for some of the issues with the pages you're creating and ways to address the issues: WP:NOTPROMO, WP:Notability, WP:BLP. If you can add some reliable sources to show notability (see WP:RS for some examples) the pages will be left alone, although if there are duplicates they'll be merged. But removing templates before admin review and adding unsourced info won't get the pages accepted.
