The name of ‘Ishaan Singh Manhas’ is mentioned in many other wikipedia pages. He is an Indian Television Celebrity since 6-7 years and you can read a lot about him in google search! Theviju (talk) 20:53, 18 June 2021 (UTC)

I am not causing any damage or disruption to wikipedia. I am Not promoting or Advertising anything on wikipedia. It took me many years to manage this page on Indian Television Celebrity ‘Ishaan Singh Manhas’ and it was deleted without any valid reasons! 331dot What if just like you i am also not allowed to state that publicly? Instead of this why dont you guide me and tell me how a Celebrity can have a page on Wikipedia? Since wikipedia allows Actors to have pages so how can i get it done? Or is there some kind of bias here which you guys are covering up?

You don't have to say anything that you don't wish to and I don't want you to post personal information about yourself. However, the Wikipedia Terms of Use require any paid editing relationship to be formally disclosed, see WP:PAID. While not part of the Terms of Use, any conflict of interest should be declared as well, per WP:COI. You seem to misunderstand several things about Wikipedia. Celebrities and actors do not "have pages" here. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia with articles about actors and celebrities, typically written by independent editors. Those articles summarize what independent reliable sources with significant coverage have chosen on their own to say about a person, showing how that person meets the special Wikipedia definition of either a notable person or a notable actor. Wikipedia is not a place to merely tell about a person and what they do, and Wikipedia has no interest in helping fans of celebrities, or enhancing search results/Google Knowledge Panels, or in any person's "internet presence".

You will likely tell me that you have seen numerous articles on celebrities similar to yours- and I'm sure that's true, but please see other stuff exists. Other inappropriate articles existing does not mean that yours can too. As this is a volunteer project where people do what they can when they can, it is possible to get inappropriate articles by us. That an article exists does not in and of itself mean that it has been approved by anyone. We can only address what we know about.

In closing, if you are editing on behalf of a client, you are required by the Terms of Use to disclose that. If you don't wish to or are prevented from doing so, you will not be unblocked. Even if you disclose, it is not likely that you will be unblocked to just represent and edit for your clients, and you will need to show that you wish to participate in Wikipedia more generally, such as by telling what other subjects you may edit about. I would also add that Wikipedia does not have employees; this is a volunteer project with volunteers from all over the world.
