Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit you made to the page Nine Thou (Grant Mohrman Superstars Remix) has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, please ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thank you. Thank you for your concern, but I redirected a non-notable song to the video game it appeared in. I have now located an EP it is on and have redirected it to that. TheJazzDalek (talk) 15:04, 10 March 2009 (UTC)
I apologize TheJazzDalek; won't happen again. Kehrbykid (talk) 15:08, 10 March 2009 (UTC) (moved here from Kehrbykid's talk page—diff)
Not a problem. TheJazzDalek (talk) 15:14, 10 March 2009 (UTC)

Tagging redirects with R3

Please remember that R3 only applies to recently created redirects. Please use WP:RFD instead where the redirect is older. I did so for you with Where'd You Go Promo CD and Petrified/Remember The Name (Vinyl). Regards SoWhy 15:42, 10 March 2009 (UTC)

Very good. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. TheJazzDalek (talk) 15:47, 10 March 2009 (UTC)

Papercut (song)

Article now has referenced chart information. - Mgm|(talk) 11:26, 12 March 2009 (UTC)

Great! Glad to hear it. Funny how that one apparently slipped through the cracks (as opposed to all their other songs). Not all of them have references but they all at least have chart info. TheJazzDalek (talk) 11:31, 12 March 2009 (UTC)

The TARDIS speaketh

As the jazz dalek, do you go around and exclaim "Exterminate!" when you hear "How High the Moon? :) JamesBurns (talk) 02:52, 16 March 2009 (UTC)

Ha! Good one. It's actually a Boosh reference. TheJazzDalek (talk) 11:09, 16 March 2009 (UTC)
Ahhh I should have known. :) JamesBurns (talk) 02:03, 17 March 2009 (UTC)

RFD

Hi, when you list multiple redirects for deletion that have the same rationale and are closely related to each other, as in the case of the Never Wanted To Dance redirects, please bundle them. When bundled, it is easier for someone to give their opinion on all of the redirects rather than having to go into every single variant and copy and paste it. If you need help with bundling see, WP:BUNDLE (the example is for AfD, but it works the same way). Thanks in advance. Tavix (talk) 23:10, 21 March 2009 (UTC)

OK, thanks for the tip. TheJazzDalek (talk) 23:13, 21 March 2009 (UTC)

Speedy deletion

Please note that I have declined most of the speedy deletion requests you posted on the subpages of User:Goldenglove. This is because "abandoned user sub-page" is not currently one of our criteria for speedy deletion. If you still feel the pages should be deleted, please list them at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion. You can probably list them all in the same listing. Stifle (talk) 16:11, 22 March 2009 (UTC)

Fair enough. Thanks. TheJazzDalek (talk) 16:14, 22 March 2009 (UTC)
I would advise against nominating old user subpages if the only reason is that the user hasn't edited in a while. –xeno (talk) 20:20, 22 March 2009 (UTC)

Josef F.

(permalink to discussion at my user talk page at de wikipedia)

Hello, this redirect was created, because some people here have decided not to write down the full surname which includes now the interwiki links. There's a similar link at the French wikipedia, which is now write protected after Johnny from Bronx nominated it for speedy deletion several times. So if en:Josef F. gets deleted, there won't be any link from de to en in this case. --32X (talk) 19:55, 25 March 2009 (UTC)

Huh. Interesting. Thanks for the information. TheJazzDalek (talk) 20:36, 25 March 2009 (UTC)

Copyvio

What does this mean and why did you revert my legitimate changes to Gasolina? A link to the official video posted by El Cartel Records makes alot more sense then just adding a link to the daddy yankee website. They can actually here the song and watch the video with the youtube link. TPTanque (talk) 16:23, 30 March 2009 (UTC)

Copyvio means copyright violation. There is no indication that the YouTube account that posted the video (LosCangriInc) is really the record label. I have now gone to daddyyankee.com and found a YouTube account linked from there (DYNATION) and posted the "Gasolina" music video. Note that even the record label's MySpace account links to the DYNATION YouTube videos, not LosCangriInc. Additionally, adding links to that YouTube account's videos in multiple articles is spam. I have reverted those edits as well. TheJazzDalek (talk) 16:35, 30 March 2009 (UTC)
So in other words, you edited based on your personal opinion. There is no evidence that it is a copyvio and I found it through one of his sites. Don't blindly revert good faith edits please. Thank you TPTanque (talk) 16:43, 30 March 2009 (UTC)
In the case of copyright violations, Wikipedia errs on the side of caution. If there is no proof that the account has the right to publish the video on YouTube, it cannot be linked to on Wikipedia. I never questioned your good faith, nor did I revert you blindly. TheJazzDalek (talk) 16:48, 30 March 2009 (UTC)
Where is the proof for any link then? Where is the proof the official daddy yankee site is official? Where is the proof the myspace El Cartel Records is official? Where is the proof for any of them? TPTanque (talk) 16:52, 30 March 2009 (UTC)
see response to similar comment below (discussion is getting fragmented)
Yes because it looks like it is brand new. I found it through the myspace or the site and that is why I added it. I am not spamming at all, I am linking to the official record label. I am reverting you bad faith edits. TPTanque (talk) 16:45, 30 March 2009 (UTC)
The account was created almost a year ago. Without proof that the site is official, we cannot include the links. TheJazzDalek (talk) 16:48, 30 March 2009 (UTC)
Yes, but looks like it has only now become active when looking at when the video's were added. How can you prove it isn't official when you can't prove that daddyyankee.com or elcartelrecords on myspace are not official? TPTanque (talk) 16:55, 30 March 2009 (UTC)
Are you suggesting that daddyyankee.com is not the official Daddy Yankee website? TheJazzDalek (talk) 16:56, 30 March 2009 (UTC)

Are you suggesting that it is? Where is your proof? TPTanque (talk) 16:59, 30 March 2009 (UTC)

Good enough? (Also, see this) TheJazzDalek (talk) 17:17, 30 March 2009 (UTC)
No, what is that? What does that prove? I also noticed you decided to leave out the myspace in your argument. TPTanque (talk) 17:32, 30 March 2009 (UTC)
I dunno, I guess it only shows that El Cartel owns the domain. I'm tired of discussing this with you. I will be talking about this at WP:ANI from now on. TheJazzDalek (talk) 18:40, 30 March 2009 (UTC)
