My account is wrongly block

i just notice my account was block , because it was wrongly suspected/link to an account(NORTHCLICK) i know nothing about.
I am a new wikipedia editor, that only wish to contribute.
Please, will like to request my appeal is been look into and hopefully lead to unblocking of my account.
