Judea and Samaria Are

Your unilateral redefinition of the categories for West Bank to Judea and Samaria Area have been repeatedly challenged. If you continue doing so I will request administrative relief. I am reverting the edits to the articles, and remind you that per WP:WESTBANK you may not say something is in the Judea and Samaria Area. nableezy - 14:59, 6 October 2021 (UTC)

WP:DTTR. I promise you, if you keep violating WP:WESTBANK I will be asking for arbitration enforcement. nableezy - 15:07, 6 October 2021 (UTC)

You have any number of options here, but if you think that your determination is going to bowl over anybody who objects, and who has an arbitration created guideline backing them, you are mistaken. If you continue making these edits in which you blatantly violate WP:WESTBANK by saying the Judea and Samaria Area is a place that things are in then I will be asking that ARBPIA be enforced and you. be banned from making such edits in the future. I dont see why this needs to get escalated in that manner, but this is not something you get to decide does not apply to you or your edits on your own. nableezy - 15:11, 6 October 2021 (UTC)

I feel like this has become way more confrontational than it ever needed to be. I understand what you are trying to do here, but the way you are doing it is jumping in to what had been one of the nastier, and more pointless, disputes in one of the nastier topics in Wikipedia history. The dispute about using the terms Judea, Samaria, Judea and Samaria, and Judea and Samaria Area instead of or alongside of West Bank led to its own arbitration case. One of the results of that case was the creation of WP:WESTBANK, and since that point that dispute has been essentially settled. I understand you are trying to create the sub-categories by location, however the sub-categorization that you are making a. very much does promote a specific, non-neutral POV, and b. doesnt even make sense as a grouping. By using East Jerusalem in one sub-category of West Bank you are using a division that Israel does not use at all, and in using Judea and Samaria Area in the other you are using a division that only Israel uses. If you are grouping the settlements by Israeli district then yes, J+S Area, but EJ are not settlements according to Israel and EJ is not an Israeli district (it is in the Jerusalem District according to Israel), and the Golan settlements are technically in the Northern District (Israel). So you have one sub-category that uses an Israeli district as its grouping, and then two categories that use the occupied territory. EJ is yes treated separately from the rest of the West Bank despite being considered as being part of the West Bank by most sources, but that is a function of both its history and its status. But EJ and J+S A are not subdivisions of the West Bank. J+S A is a subdivision of Israel, according to Israel and only Israel (if not of Israeli territory than of Israeli administration areas).

I dont want to keep escalating this, I dont think you are acting maliciously, but I do very much object to the edits and request that you actually engage in the discussion before continuing to create new categories using this same sub-categorization naming pattern. nableezy - 03:48, 7 October 2021 (UTC)
